2 steps to the project

1. Create your propaganda poster on PowerPoint. You will be able to add video and audio in it.

2. Go to this site, after you have submitted your poster to Mr K. Create a witty and inspirational poster related to WWI.

Study Skills- What is Good Writing?

We are creating an essay answering the question, “What is Good Writing?” To do this, we are going to look at examples of good and bad writing.

The first step is to go to this website and log in using the class name and usesrname given to you by Mr K.

When in, go through the the different traits, reading them and identifying what score they deserve for the specific trait. You will need to answer at least 5 examples in each trait.

World History- WWI Propaganda Poster Project

We are going to be creating interactive WWI propaganda posters. The first step is to go to a WWI website that gives information about propaganda posters and examples. After you look through the site you should have a good idea of what type of a poster you want to create.

The second step is to create a rough draft of the poster you want to create. I want you to create 2 different drafts, using different countries and purposes of the poster. You will turn in these rough drafts to Mr K to check over.

The third step is to take one of the rough drafts and make an interactive poster using Glogster. Mr K will assign all of you usernames and passwords. You can take images from the Internet to use in your poster, making sure that it is legal for you to do so, and linking the image to its site. To make it interactive add audio and/or video to your poster.
